April Antics

I was delighted to be asked to lead both the 10km and 1/2 marathon warm-ups on the sunny but cold Saturday in April. A great big thank you to Run Through Events for really well organised runs at the beautiful Carsington Water Reservoir in Derbyshire. There were some fantastic times and some great running achievements. It was wonderful to hear the runners stories as I massaged their weary bodies after their runs.
