Each day I give you a list of just 6 asana/poses to practice in your own time. There are 7 days and 7 chakras so we work on one chakra each day! There is no instruction of how to do the asana/poses, as this practice is for people familiar with yoga, but looking for guidance of what poses to practice. With the added benefit of how to deepen your poses with dristi/focus, mindfulness ideas and chakra themes. You can practice the asana/poses in sequence or just sprinkle them throughout your day.
