When to Avoid a Sports Massage
At Move and Massage, we prioritise your well-being.
Unfortunately we can't massage areas of open wounds, varricus veins or infectious skin conditions.
If you have had cancer in the last 6 months we need clearance from your oncologist.
The flushing action of massage can change your blood sugar levels, so if you are diabetic we would like to speak to you before hand.
Sorry, if you are pregnant we cannot massage you, but we are very happy for you.
