Service Description

A class flowing through all the basic asana\poses, incorporating pranayama\breathing, drishti\eyegaze and mudra\locks. Suitable for those who have experience of yoga. Mats & blocks can booked purchased from me. Mixed ability. Some experience of yoga is useful, although all are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

During lockdown there is no cancellation charge. Otherwise, if cancellation is received within 48hrs there will be no charge for your session. If cancellation is with less than 48hrs notice you will be charged the full price.
