Mine changes daily. I love inversions and twists. Hip openers and arm balances I find easy to hold, but don’t always naturally breath deeply in them. Forward folds may feel friendly some days and a struggle others, depending on what exercise I have done that week... Today I probably favour shoulder stand. Changing my perspective on the world and enjoying the freedom of being upside down as my mind is nourished with fresh blood, and my shoulders stretched during this deep but uplifting pose.
