Since qualifying in 2008 I have grown from personal trainer & yoga instructor.

​

I've gained certifications in weight lifting, yoga, spin, clinical nutrition, advanced anatomy, stress management, sports massage, child movement patterns, managing behaviour change and became a UK Athletics affiliated Run Leader, to name a few. View qualifications  

​

I have been privileged to helped clients pre & post knee , hip & abdominal surgery, to pass the Fire Brigade & RAF reserves assessments, and helped with a range of chronic illnesses including MS, Polymyalgia, Ankylosing Spondylosis.  

In 2010 I established 5 running groups for the county council.  In 2012 I began speaking on nutrition within local companies.  In 2014 I was hired to teach yoga privately, I currently work in 6 local businesses teaching yoga.  I have also worked for Multiple Sclerosis Therapy since 2014.

Over the years I have personally gained a black belt in mixed martial arts, been awarded 3 silver medals in Brazilian Jui Jitsu, cycled 100mile sportives, enjoyed many Obstacle Course Races (I'm briefly on Bear Gryll's Survival Race promo!), completed half Ironman triathlons, MBT duathlons & achieved my goal of coming 2nd in a 5km race.

I have been massaged pro-cyclists, for 3 running groups, ultra athletes and now a football club.

​

I guess I have just been learning about human nature and the human body.

​

Now I want to help others.  Today I use my knowledge of brains, bodies and movement to help assess, inform and advise.  I work 1:1 on realigning; give talks on nutrition and teach yoga both within businesses, in public classes and privately.

​

I am not here to push people to their limits and make them scream, I am here to encourage and inform my clients to make decisions appropriate to enhance their lives.
